摘  要:以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚己内酯二醇(PCL)和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为原料,三乙胺(TEA)为中和剂,乙二胺(EDA)为扩链剂,采用以水为基的混合介质合成了油包水(W/O)型的高固含量(为60%)WPU(水性聚氨酯)鞋用胶。研究结果表明:当w(DMPA)=5%(相对于预聚体质量而言)、中和度为90%和R=n(—NCO)∶n(—OH)=1.6∶1时,所得WPU鞋用胶的综合性能相对较好,其稳定性优、黏度适中、初粘力≥0.85 k N/m、终粘力为5.94 k N/m或被粘基材的剥离破坏,完全满足制鞋工艺对初粘力的基本要求以及鞋类产品对终粘力的基本要求。With isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), polycaprolactone diols (PCL) and dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) as raw materials, triethylamine (TEA) as neutralizer, ethylenediamine (EDA) as chain extender, a WPU (waterborne polyurethane) adhesive for shoes with water-in-oil (W/O) and high solid content (60%) was synthesized by water-base mix medium. The research results showed that the WPU adhesive for shoes had the relatively better combination property, and could completely meet basic requirements of initial bonding strength for shoemaking technology and final bonding strength for footwear product because it had the good stability and the moderate viscosity, and its initial bonding strength was no less than 0.85 kN/m and final bonding strength was 5.94 kN/m or peeling break of glued base material when mass fraction of DMPA was 5% in prepolymer, neutralization degree was 90% ,R value or molar ratio of n(-NCO) :n(-OH) was 1.6: 1.
