摘 要:着重探讨了不同温湿度、停放阶段对聚硫密封胶硫化过程及性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着硫化温度的升高,密封胶的交联速率呈不同的增长态势;当停放阶段不同时,密封胶的硫化程度也并不相同;湿度对密封胶性能的影响主要体现在剥离强度方面。当硫化温度为100℃、相对湿度为80%和过了不黏期再加速老化时,相应聚硫密封胶的剥离强度和综合力学性能相对最好。The influences of some factors (such as different temperatures, humidity and stay stages) on curing process and properties of polysulfide sealant were discussed. The research results showed that the sealant had the different growth trends in erosslinking speed with increasing curing temperature. The curing degree of sealant wasn' t same at different stay stages. The influence of humidity on properties of sealant was mainly reflected in peeling strength. The corresponding polysulfide sealant had the relatively best peeling strength and combination mechanical property when curing temperature was 100℃, relative humidity was 80%, and accelerating aging time happen after tack free period.
