AA和丙三醇复合改性动物胶黏合剂的制备与性能研究

摘  要:动物胶黏合剂常温易凝聚,不利于混砂,直接作为型砂黏合剂使用时效果不佳。动物胶经溶胀、碱解和改性等处理后,可制得一种常温呈液态的新型铸造黏合剂。研究结果表明:先确定动物胶的碱解工艺,以Na OH(氢氧化钠)作为碱解剂,w(Na OH)=6%(相对于动物胶质量而言);然后采用丙三醇和丙烯酸(AA)对动物胶进行改性处理。采用正交试验法优选出该黏合剂的最佳改性工艺条件是m(水)∶m(动物胶)∶m(丙三醇)∶m(AA)=130∶100∶5∶5、改性温度为80℃和改性时间为105 min,通过加热硬化,可使该黏合剂的初始拉伸强度达到2.59 MPa。丙三醇、AA可与动物胶发生接枝共聚及酯化交联反应,从而改变了动物胶的分子结构,提高了动物胶黏合剂的粘接性能。The animal glue adhesive in mixing sand was unfavourable because it was easy coagulated at normal temperature, so the animal glue adhesive in directly as a sand adhesive had the not obvious effect. A new type casting adhesive, which was a liquid at normal temperature, could be prepared by some treatments (such as swelling, alkaline hydrolysis and modification) of animal glue adhesive. The research results showed that the alkaline hydrolysis technology of animal glue was first determined when NaOH (sodium hydroxide) was used as alkaline hydrolysis agent, and mass fraction of NaOH was 6% in animal glue. Then, the animal glue was modified and treated by glycerol and acrylic acid (AA). The optimal modified process conditions of the adhesive were preferred by orthogonal experiment when mass ratio of m (water) : m (animal glue) :m (glycerol) : m (AA) was 130: 100: 5: 5, modified temperature and modified time were 80 ℃ and 105 min respectively, here, the initial tensile strength of the adhesive could reach 2.59 MPa by heat hardening. The graft copolymerization and ester- crosslinking among glycerol, AA and animal glue were happened, so the molecular structure of animal glue was changed, and the bonding property of animal glue adhesive was improved.
