摘 要:以邻苯二甲酸酐、新戊二醇和乙二醇为原料,反应生成了不饱和聚酯涂料;然后以四溴双酚A作为改性剂,使不饱和聚酯涂料具有阻燃性。研究结果表明:通过加入顺戊烯二酸酐引入了不饱和双键,控制乙二醇/新戊二醇质量比,并调节碱度,可使不饱和聚酯的产率提升,所得不饱和聚酯涂料的综合性能优异;该涂料的表干时间为45min、铅笔硬度为2H、耐冲击性为42cm、拉伸强度为10.32MPa和断裂伸长率为13.8%,并且涂料在280~420℃范围内具有自熄功能。An unsaturated polyester coating was synthesized by reaction when phthalic anhydride, diol and glycol were used as raw materials. Then, a flame-retardant unsaturated when tetrabromo bisphenol A was used as modifier. The research results showed th polyes at the ter coating was neopentyl obtained unsaturated double bond was introduced into system by adding cis-pentene dianhydride, and the yield of unsaturated polyester was increased by controlling mass ratio of glycol to neopentyl diol and adjusting alkalinity had the excellent combination property. The surface drying time was 45 so the unsaturated polyester coating min, pencil hardness was 2H, shock resistance was 42 cm, tensile strength was 10.32 MPa, and elongation at break was 13.8% for the coating, and the coating had the self-extinguishing function in the range of 280-420 ℃.
