缺铁对孕期大鼠生育能力的影响

摘  要:目的:探讨孕期缺铁对大鼠生育能力的影响。方法:选取雌性Wistar大鼠32只,随机分为对照组和实验组,分别喂对照组饲料和低铁饲料,4周后以2颐1比例与雄性大鼠同笼交配。确认受精后分笼饲养,各组继续饲料喂养直至分娩,在雌鼠孕末期、内眦静脉采血(3mL左右),检测相关参数及分离血浆,检测相关激素,以及子代出生体重。结果:与对照组相比,实验组大鼠血浆EPO、IFG-1、GH、ACTH和GHRH、EPI水平有显著性差异(<0.05);两组大鼠血浆CORT水平无显著性差异(>0.05);实验组新生鼠出生体重明显低于对照组(<0.05)。结论:缺铁导致孕期大鼠下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴(HPA轴)分泌紊乱和子代低出生体重,提示缺铁可能是宫内生长受限的因素之一,铁缺乏对孕期大鼠生育有影响。Objective: The aim of our study was to explore whether iron deficiency during pregnancy on the fertility of rats during pregnancy.Methods:Thirty-two female Wistar rats were selected and randomly divided into two groups:one group(the control group) were fed with normal diet,and the other group(the experimental group) with low iron diet; after 4 weeks feeding, mated the male rats with the female by sex ratio 1/2 in the same group; Confirmed fertilization and fed separately,Continue to feed until delivery,Angular vein blood (about 3 ml) were collected on end of gestation,by which related parameters were detected.Birth weight.Results:The experimental group rats plasma Erythropoietin (EPO),Insulinlike growth factor 1 (IFG-1),serum GH,plasma ACTH and GHRH EPI have significant difference (P〈0.05) CORT level there was no significant difference (P〈0.05),The birth weight of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P〈0.05).Conclusion:Iron deficiency leads to late pregnant rats disorganized secretion of the HPA axis,Prompt iron deficiency may be intrauterine growth restriction factors.Iron deficiency have affect on the fertility of rats during pregnancy.
