女性不孕症与生殖道解脲脲原体、沙眼衣原体感染的相关性探讨

摘　　要：目的:针对解脲脲原体、沙眼衣原体感染和女性不孕症的相关性进行研究。方法:抽取2013年2月至2014年10月在本院接受治疗的106例女性不孕症患者,作为观察组;另随机抽取98例正常生育史的育龄女性作为对照组,所有患者均采取解脲脲原体检测与沙眼衣原体检测,比较两组患者的检出情况。结果:在观察组中有流产史患者解脲脲原体检出率、沙眼衣原体检出率、解脲脲原体合并沙眼衣原体检出率明显高于无流产史患者。观察组解脲脲原体检出率、沙眼衣原体检出率、解脲脲原体合并沙眼衣原体检出率均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论:解脲脲原体、沙眼衣原体感染和女性不孕症存在着密切的联系,在防治女性不孕症过程中,应加强预防解脲脲原体以及沙眼衣原体感染,注重个人卫生保健。Objective： To study the correlation between Ureaplasma urealyticum, Chlamydia trachomatis infection and female infertility.Methods：Extraction method in February 2013 to 2014 October in our hospital accepted treatment of 106 cases of female infertility patients, as the observation group;other randomly 98 cases of normal reproductive history of women of childbearing age as the control group,all patients were taken Ureaplasma urealyticum detection and the detection of Chlamydia trachomatis,prevalence of patients in the two groups were compared.Results：In the observation group with a history of abortion,ureaplasma urealyticum positive rate, Chlamydia trachomatis positive rate and complicated with Chlamydia trachomatis positive rate was significantly higher than that in the patients without abortion history.In observation group,Ureaplasma original positive rate,Chlamydia trachomatis positive rate,Ureaplasma urealyticum （Uu） complicated with Chlamydia trachomatis positive rate were significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Condusion： Ureaplasma urealyticum,Chlamydia trachomatis infection and female infertility are closely linked,in the process of prevention and treatment of female infertility should be to strengthen the prevention of Ureaplasma urealyticum and Chlamydia trachomatis infection,pay attention to personal hygiene and health care.
