尖锐湿疣患者组织HPV基因型分布及分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨石河子地区尖锐湿疣（CA）患者组织中人类乳头瘤病毒（HPV）基因型的分布及其对临床的意义。方法：采用收集2014年6月-2015年6月我院皮肤科门诊初步确认的167例尖锐湿疣（CA）患者阴部及肛周组织标本进行HPV病毒基因测序。结果：167例尖锐湿疣（CA）患者,组织标本中检测HPV阳性141例,阳性率为84.4%,发病年龄主要在21岁~40岁之间。141例HPV阳性组织中,HPV单一感染102例,占72.3%;HPV多重感染39例,占27.7%。HPV阳性标本中共检出13种型别：6型、11型、42型、43型、16型、18型、31型、33型、35型、45型、52型、58型、68型。其中HPV单一亚型感染中以6型、11型为主要感染型。在HPV多重亚型感染中,出现4种不同的多重感染类型,其中HPV二重感染为主要感染类型。多重感染类型中以混合型感染为主。结论：石河子地区尖锐湿疣患者HPV好发于21岁~40岁的年龄段,以6型、11型感染为主,以单一感染为主要感染类型;多重感染中以二重感染为主,且以混合型感染为主。Objective： To explore the Distribution and clinical impact of Human papillomavirus genotypes in 167 patients with eondyloma acnminatum in Shihezhi area,Xinjiang Province.Methods：Based on the HPV gene test on the collection of the specimen of tissue Genital and Anus of CA Patient, which was diagnosed and confirmed with result during June 2014 to June 2015.Total specimen quantity number is 167.Results：In 141 of 167 CA patient＇s HPV test result shows positive,positive rate is 84.3%,whose age is between 21-40. In 102 of 141 CA patient＇s HPV positive result,who are single affected that takes proportion of 72.3%, 39 of 141 are multi-affected that takes proportion of 27.7%.13 positive types are identified as below：Type 6.11.42.43.16.18.31.33.35.45.52. 58 and 68,Type 6 and 11 are mainly single affected, in the cases of HPV multi-affection,4 types are different affection are found, HPV dual-affection is the main type of the 4 type,mixed affection is the main type in the multi-affection cases.Conclusions：Most of CA patient located in Shihezi area aged between 21 to 40 years old, whose HPV main affection type is 5 and l l,single affection is the main type,dual affection is major in multi-affection type that is mostly mixed affected.
