老年糖尿病患者治疗依从性与肾早期损害的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年糖尿病患者的治疗依从性与肾功能早期损害的关系。方法:选取我科3个月内共146例老年糖尿病患者,根据其治疗依从性分为好(A)、一般(B)、差(C)3组,将3组人群的糖化血红蛋白、尿微量白蛋白、胱抑素C等进行比较分析。结果:3组间的糖化血红蛋白、胱抑素C及尿微量白蛋白均有显著统计学差异,且呈负相关,尿NAG苷酶和尿β2微球蛋白无统计学差异。结论:老年糖尿病患者的治疗依从性对其肾脏的早期损害有一定影响,需加强糖尿病健康教育提高治疗依从性,以延缓肾脏损害的发展。Objective： To explore the relation to therapy compliance with renal pristine damage of Aging Diabetes.Methods：To choose 146 cases Aging Diabetes from the patients of our department in three months,and divide them to good compliance （A group） . common compliance （B group） . poor compliance （C group） , then to compare and analysis their glycosylated hemoglobin.urinary microalbumin excretion.eystatin C ete by their therapy compliance.Results：There is significant probability and inversecorrelation of glycosylated hemoglobin.eystatin C and urinary microalbumin excretion among three groups,and there is no probability between urinary NAG nueleosidase and urinary 13 2 microglobulin.Conclusion：Therapy compliance of Aging Diabetes can make determinate effect with renal pristine damage,so we must strengthen diabetic education to improve therapy compliance,and to delay the development of renal damage.
