摘　　要：目的:了解石河子地区医疗机构消毒质量状况,为石河子地区医院感染控制和预防提供依据。方法:根据《医院消毒卫生标准》(GB15982-2012)和《医务人员手卫生规范》(WS/T313-2009)对石河子地区医疗机构的灭菌用品、使用中的消毒剂、室内空气、医务人员手和物体表面进行监测。结果:石河子地区共采集样品1 262份,其中市级医疗机构、团级医疗机构和乡(镇)医疗机构样品合格率分别为91.10%、90.16%和89.36%,不同级别医疗机构之间样品合格率无差异(>0.05);不同医疗机构样品总合格率为89.62%(<0.05),使用中的灭菌用品、使用中消毒剂、空气、医务人员手和物体表面的消毒合格率分别为87.50%、97.27%、69.57%、82.88%和92.57%。结论:石河子地区各类医疗机构消毒质量均较差,室内空气和医护人员手的消毒合格率偏低。应加强医疗机构消毒质量监管,切实改善医疗机构消毒质量,预防和控制医院感染的发生。Objective： To learn the disinfection quality of hospitals in shihezi,so as to provide reference for hospital infection prevention and control.Methods：Investigated the sterilization supplies,disinfection,indoor air,hands of health care staff and object surface of shihezi hospitals in 2014 continuously according to Technical Standard for disinfection and GB15982-1995 Hygienic Standard for Disinfection in Hospitals.Medical Staff Hand Hygiene Practices （WS/T313-2009）.Results：The samples were 1 262 in 2014.The eligible rate of hospitals at municipal, crops, and township level were 91.10%.90.16% and 89.36% respectively.No difference between the sample pass rate of medical institutions at different levels （P^0.05）.The total eligible rate of sample was 89.62%（P〈0.05）.The eligible rate of sterilization supplies,disinfectants,and 92.57% respectively.Conclusion：The disinfection quality of hospitals in shihezi was poor.The eligible rate of indoor air and hands of heahhcare staff was low.Some effictive measures should be taken to enhance the management of medical institutions and improve the disinfection quality for the sake of the prevention and control of hosDital infection.
