我国民营医院发展中的问题及其症结探析

摘　　要："魏则西事件",把百度搜索引擎的竞价排名制度、武警北京总队第二医院、福建莆田系医院,以及国家的医疗监管制度等同时推向了舆论的风口浪尖,民营医院成为"黑心医院"的代名词而饱受诟病。有调查显示,"魏则西事件"曝光后,民众对民营医院的信任度降低,民营医院的就医人数大大下降,民营医院甚至整体笼罩上了信任危机。民营医院到底存在哪些问题和困境,其背后有什么深层次的原因?民营医院目前是什么状况?新形势下民营医院的发展趋势和发展战略又是什么?为此,本刊特邀几位学者就上述问题进行了研究,以期为民营医院的良性发展提供参考。＂The event of Wei Zexi＂ has pushed simultaneously several units to the intense atten- tion of public opinion--the paid listing system of search engine baidu, the Second Hospital of Armed Police Force in Beijing and Putian Private hospitals run by people who come from Putian city, Fujian province, and the country＇ s medical supervision system. Private hospitals also received criticism severely as the pronoun of ＂black heart hospi- tal＂. The investigation shows that after the exposure of Wei Zexi＇ s event, confidence level of the public to private hospitals has decreased. The amount of people who went to private hospitals for treatment decreased a lot while all the private hospitals as a whole seem to meet the confidence crisis. What problems and predicaments do private hos- pitals have,and what underlying reasons are behind them？ Currently what conditions are private hospitals in？ And what will be the development trend and strategies for private hospitals in the new situation？ To answer these ques- tions ,this journal has invited several scholars to do research on them so as to provide advices for the positive devel- opment of private hospitals.
