摘　　要：北京东方电子集团在经过股份制改造及杠杆收购后取得了快速的发展,原因就在于,公司在正确的公司伦理、政府经济伦理、义利观指导下形成了独具特色的战略目光、较为灵活的投资技巧,以及与政府力量良好协作的传统。同样,北京东方电子集团财务危机爆发及其所带来的巨额债务也反映出其对公司伦理、政府经济伦理及义利观的模糊理解,体现了公司在跨越性技术创新领域、管理技能领域的缺失及政府在宏观调控领域的滞后。Beijing Oriental Electronic Group made rapid development after the shareholding reform and leveraged buyout,and the reason of its success lied in the guidance of correct corporate ethics,government economics ethic,and outlook on justice and interests,under which the group formed the specific strategic eyesight,flexible technique of investment,and the tradition of good cooperation with the government. In the same way,later the outburst of its finance crisis and then the huge debt it brought also reflected the corporation＇s vague understanding of corporate ethic,government economics ethic,and outlook on justice and interests. The corporation lacked leaping technological innovation and management skills,and the government lagged behind in macro regulation.
