摘　　要：该文综述了计算流体力学在生物反应器优化模拟中的应用研究进展,总结了计算流体力学模拟方法、参数选择及近年来在生物反应器优化方面的应用,并对其在生物反应器优化研究方向提出了展望。The paper reviewed recent advances in hioreactor optimization simulation using computa- tional fluid dynamics （CFD）. The methods of CFD simulation, the selection of parameters and the applications in the optimization of bioreactor in recent years were summarized. The prospect of bioreactor opti- mization using CFD was also proposed.
