摘 要:中低速磁浮车用单边直线感应电机的次级导电板通常由铝板构成,但由于机械强度等要求,所用的不是纯铝,而是铝合金。运用等效电路计算和有限元仿真的方法,探讨了直线感应电机在恒转差频率控制模式下,导电板电导率确定后如何选取合适的控制转差频率。分别以法向力在零附近和在恒功率阶段使磁浮车工作在推力最大值点作为选择最优转差频率的依据,得到了不同电导率下转差频率的最优配置。有限元仿真结果表明,根据次级电导率的不同,选择不同的控制参数能提高直线感应电机性能。Secondary conductor of single-sided linear induction motors were usually made up of aluminum plate. But because of the requirements such as mechanical strength, pure aluminum was inappropriate. In practice, usually used aluminum alloy. The appropriate selection of slip-frequency was analyzed based on constant slip frequency control through numerical and finite element method(FEM). Respectively discussed the minimum normal force slip- frequency and the optimum thrust slip-frequency under the different conductivity, and experimental results verified that according to the different secondary electrical conductivity to choice different control parameters could improve the performance of linear motor.
