摘 要:介绍了一种基于CAN总线的汽车中央接线盒耐压测试系统,使用CAN总线方法连接于工控机与高压矩阵模块之间替代传统的并联控制方法。CAN总线是以双绞线形式连接并且信号以差动方式传送,在软件上采取受控于主控对象之间互动应答控制方式,使受控对象只有在接收到正确命令后才能进行下一步动作,克服了并联控制方法多线、长距离信号传送所带来的弊病,以及干扰和开环引起的误动作等问题。同时也大幅度提高了产品测试稳定性和测试效率,提升了产能。This paper introduces a kind of pressure test system for the car central junction box based on CAN bus. the method of CAN bus connection between industrial and high voltage matrix module is used to replace the traditional parallel control method. CAN bus is in the form of twisted-pair connection and its signal transmission is in differential way. The software is controlled by the master object interaction between response control modes, which makes the con- trolled object not to perform the next step until the right command is received. It gets rid of the advantages caused by the multi-line long distance signal transmission of the parallel control method, as well as misoperation caused by interference and open-loop. In addition, it greatly not only improves the stability and efficiency of product testing and test but also the production capacity.
