摘  要:为了实现高温试验箱内的温度采集,设计了一种基于USB技术的单片机温度采集系统。采用IAP15W4K58S4单片机作为控制器和AD转换器,标准化N型热电偶作为温度传感器,单片机与PC机之间利用USB进行通信,并通过PC上位机界面实时显示监控箱内温度变化。从硬件电路和软件设计两方面阐述了系统的组成与功能,整个系统具有体积小,硬件电路简单,性价比高,直观,实时性好等特点。A kind of single chip microcomputer temperature acquisition system based on USB technology is designed to achieve the temperature acquisition of the high temperature test box. It takes the IAP15W4K58S4 MCU as the control- ler and the AD converter, the standardized N type thermocouple as the temperature sensor. The communication between MCU and PC is realized by the USB technology. The change of temperature in the cabinet is monitored and displayed through the PC interface. This paper expounds the composition and function of the system from two aspects of hardware circuit and software design. The whole system has the characteristics of small volume, simple hardware circuit, cost-ef- fective, intuitive and good real-time performance.
