摘  要:粉体团聚性能是决定Nd:YAG透明陶瓷性能的关键因素之一。本文采用共沉淀法制备Nd:YAG纳米粉体,研究了固含量、磨介/粉体比例、球磨时间和分散剂Dolapix CE-64对去团聚性能的影响,并通过XRD、Zeta电位、激光粒度仪和扫描电镜对实验结果进行了表征。结果表明,料浆固含量45%、CE.64添加量10wt%、10倍磨介球、球磨时间24小时去团聚效果最佳。The agglomeration of Nd:YAG nanopowders had a great influence on the preparation and performance of transparent ceramics. In this paper, Nd:YAG nanopowders were synthesized by co-precipitation and the effects of solid content, milling media/powder ratio, ball milling time and the Dolapix CE-64 dispersant on the deagglomeration were studied. After ball milling, the Nd:YAG nanopowders were characterized by the XRD, Zeta potential, laser granulometer and SEM. The results showed that the Nd:YAG nanopowders were well deagglomerated by adding 45 percent of solid, 10 times of ball to water, 10 percent of CE-64 and ball milling of 24 hours.
