快步走配合穴位贴敷对高血压前期疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨快步走运动干预配合穴位贴敷对高血压前期的干预效果。方法:将200例高血压前期患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各100例,对照组予以健康宣教,治疗组在对照组基础上,增加为期3个月的快步走强化运动以及5个疗程的穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组患者干预前后的临床指标。结果:治疗组收缩压、舒张压、血糖、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、BMI干预前后组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);干预后治疗组收缩压、三酰甘油、BMI与对照组比较,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:快步走运动干预配合穴位贴敷可以作为辅助治疗高血压前期的有效方法。Objective： To investigate the effect of fast walking combined with acupoint application in the early stage of hypertension. Methods： A total of 200 patients with hypertension at early stage were equally and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group received health education,while the treatment group received 3 months of fast walking exercise and 5 courses of acupoint application in addition to the health education. The clinical indices were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results： After intervention,the treatment group showed significant improvements in systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,levels of blood glucose,triglyceride,total cholesterol,and low- density lipoprotein,and body mass index（ P〈0. 01）. And there were significant differences in the systolic pressure,triglyceride level,and body mass index between the two groups after intervention（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Fast walking combined with acupoint application is an effective adjuvant therapy for hypertension at early stage.
