摘 要:目的:通过研究中药升降散汤剂煎煮的影响因素,优化升降散传统煎煮的工艺,提高其中药疗效。方法:以汤剂中的草酸铵和药渣中的大黄素、姜黄素含量为指标,采用L9(3^4)正交设计对升降散煎煮工艺进行多指标综合优选,采用KMnO4滴定法测定草酸铵的含量,用高效液相色谱分析法测定大黄素、姜黄素的含量。结果:优选工艺为煎煮时间2h,加12倍水。结论:优选出的煎煮工艺可行稳定,能非常好地保留大黄素等有效成分,保证汤剂的质量。Objective: To investigate the influencing factors for the decoction of Shengjiang powder in order to optimize the traditional decocting process for Shengjiang powder and improve its therapeutic effect. Methods: The content of ammonium oxalate in the decoction and emodin and curcumin in the dregs was used as indicators,and the L9( 34) orthogonal design was used to select the optimized decocting method for Shengjiang powder. KMn O4 titration was used to measure the content of ammonium oxalate,and high- performance liquid chromatography was used to measure the content of emodin and curcumin. Results: The optimized process was a decocting time of 2 hours with 12 times of water.
