摘　　要：实现我国社会信用管理体系可持续发展是达到社会信用关系结果理想状态的过程。基于"模式"的基本构成、"模式"的框架建立,创新构建我国社会信用管理体系可持续发展模式,通过我国社会信用管理体系区位化信用联盟模式的战略联盟、组织联盟、信息联盟、标准联盟,实现方法论意义上的可持续发展模式的提升策略与结构创新。提出我国社会信用管理体系可持续发展模式的建设路径,研究表明:全面深化改革、打破行业堡垒、统筹社会资源;建立奖惩联动信用保障机制,守信奖励和失信惩戒并举;广泛推广在行政事项和经济活动中使用信用信息与报告,建立信用信息与报告的共享制度,通过制度设计使可持续发展机理得以发挥作用。China＇s social credit management system to realize the sustainable development is to achieve the process of the social credit relations result ideal state. To this end,the paper will be based on the basic structure of the ＂mode＂,＂model＂was established,the framework of innovation to build the sustainable development of the social credit management system mode in our country,through the localization of the social credit management system in our country credit union model of strategic alliance,organization,information alliance,standard alliance alliance,realize the sustainable development model of methodology on promotion strategy and structure innovation. It puts forward the model of sustainable development of China＇s social credit management system for the construction of the path,the study shows that comprehensive fortress,deepening reform,breaking industry as a whole social resources; Establish rewards and punishment mechanism of credit guarantee,faithful rewards and disciplinary simultaneously; Widely used in administrative matters and economic activity credit information,credit report; Establish credit information,credit reports,interconnection,exchange,mutual recognition of sharing system,through the system design to work mechanism of sustainable development.
