摘　　要：运用因子分析法和价值增值法,选取反映钢铁企业竞争力水平和纵向一体化程度的相关指标,采用2002-2015年18家钢铁上市公司数据,对竞争力水平和纵向一体化程度分别进行了测度,在此基础上,运用广义最小二乘法,定量分析了纵向一体化对竞争力的影响,并提出了相关建议。Using factor analysis method and the value added method,this paper selects the relevant indicators which can reflect the level of competitiveness of iron and steel enterprises and degree of vertical integration,collects18 iron and steel companies listed from 2002 to 2015,measures the horizontal of competitiveness and degree of vertical integration,on this basis,uses generalized least square method,analyzes the impact of vertical integration on competitiveness,and puts forward related suggestions.
