保肾合剂联合双环醇对肾纤维化大鼠肾组织转化生长因子-β1表达的影响

摘  要:目的:探讨保肾合剂联合双环醇对肾间质纤维化大鼠转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、Ⅲ型胶原蛋白(ColⅢ)表达的影响。方法将动物分成假手术组、模型组、双环醇组、保肾合剂组、联合用药组5组,造模第14天行免疫组化染色和积分光密度检测。结果联合用药组、保肾合剂组、双环醇组 TGF-β1、ColⅢ积分光密度结果与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P ﹤0.05)。结论保肾合剂联合双环醇通过抑制细胞因子 TGF-β1、ColⅢ的增生而阻止纤维化的进展。Objective To investigate the effect of kidney preserving mixture combined with bicy-clol for the expression of transforming growth factor beta 1(TGF-β1)and type Ⅲ collagen(Col Ⅲ)in re-nal tissue of rats with renal tubulointerstitial fibrosis. Methods The rats were divided into five groups, sham operation group,model group,bicyclol group,kidney preserving mixture group,combination group. Conducted immunohisto chemical staining and integral optical density detection on the 14 model-ing day. Results Compared with model group,the difference of TGF-β1,collagen integral optical den-sity results in the combination therapy group,kidney preserving mixture group and bicyclol group was sig-nificant(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusions Kidney preserving mixture combined with bicyclol prevent hepatic fi-brosis progression by inhibiting hyperplasia of cytokine TGF-β1 and collagen.
