腹腔镜辅助保胆取石治疗胆囊结石伴急性胆囊炎

摘　　要：目的：探讨腹腔镜辅助保胆取石术治疗胆囊结石伴急性胆囊炎的临床价值。方法腹腔镜辅助定位，右上腹壁小切口将胆囊底提出腹壁外，切开胆囊底部，置入腹腔镜直视下取石，保留胆囊；术前术后应用抗生素。结果所选病例成功进行了保胆取石术，术后彩超复查胆囊功能恢复良好、短期内未见胆囊结石复发。结论胆囊结石伴胆囊炎的患者可以行保胆取石治疗，疗效可靠，具有临床推广应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical application value of removing stone and reser-ving gallbladder by laparoscope in gallbladder-stone with cholecystitis. Methods Laparoscopic assisted localization,making a small incision in the right upper abdominal wall,the bottom of gallbladder was pulled out of abdominal wall,cutting out the bottom of gallbladder,removing stones and reserving gall-bladder;applying antibiotics before and after operation. Results All cases had success of removing stones and reserving gallbladder,after operation,the function of gallbladder recovered well and gallblad-der stone did not recurr in short time through color Doppler ultrasound examination. Conclusions The patients with gallbladder-stone and cholecystitis are suitable for removing stone and reserving gallbladder, this method is reliable and worthy of popularizing in clinic.
