摘　　要：【目的】分析地方居民传染病健康素养测量工具在武警部队官兵群体中的适用性。【方法】采用《北京市居民传染病健康素养调查问卷》对武警某部429名官兵进行调查,根据信度、效度水平判断问卷的适用性。【结果】发放调查问卷429份,回收有效问卷423份,有效回收率为98.6%。问卷的克朗巴赫α系数为0.607,知识与理念、行为、技能3个维度的克朗巴赫α系数分别为0.468、0.469、0.513。分半信度为0.641。绝对拟合指数近似误差均方根为0.036,相对拟合指数的规范拟合指数、菲-范尼和指数、比较拟合指数分别为0.447、0.619、0.670。问卷30个条目中,有12个条目(40.0%)的内容效度指数小于0.78,问卷内容效度指数为0.78。【结论】《北京市居民传染病健康素养调查问卷》的信、效度水平较低,该工具不适用于评估武警部队官兵群体。[Objective] To analyze the applicability of health literacy survey tool related with infectious diseases among local residents in PAP. [ Methods ] A total of 429 soldiers from some troop of PAP were investigated with health literacy questionnaire related with in- fectious diseases among residents of Beijing. According to the reliability and validity, the questionnaire applicability was evaluated. [ Results ] A total of 429 questionnaires were distributed and 423 effective questionnaires were recovered. The effective recovery rate was 98.6%. The coefficient alpha of L. J. Cronbach of the questionnaire was 0.607. The values of this coefficient in three dimensions of knowledge and ideas, behaviors as well as skills were respectively 0.468, 0.469 and 0.513. Split-half reliability was 0.641. The root mean square error of approximation of absolute fit index was 0.036. The normed relative fit index, Tucker-Lewis index and comparative fit index were respectively 0.447, 0.619 and 0.670. Among 30 items in the questionnaire, there were 12 items （40.0%） with content va- lidity index less than 0.78. The total content validity index of the questionnaire was 0.78. [ Conclusion ] According to the health literacy questionnaire related with infectious diseases among residents of Beijing, its reliability and validity are low. Therefore, it doesn＇t fit the soldiers in PAP.
