摘　　要：海藻酸作为一种天然海洋生物材料,由于其具有良好的吸湿性、易揭除性、高透氧性、凝胶阻塞性、可生物降解性、组织相容性和金属离子吸附性等一系列优良性能,广泛应用于医疗领域,尤其作为伤口敷料应用于各类伤口止血。本文对海藻酸基质敷料在各医疗领域止血疗效进行综述,为相关课题研究及临床应用提供参考。Alginate as a kind of natural Marine biological material, A series of excellent properties due to its goodhygroscopicity, Easy to remove, high oxygen permeability, Gel obstructive, biodegradability, consistency, Adsorption of metalions and so on. Widely used in medical field, especially as a wound dressing is applied to all kinds of the wound to stop the bleeding. In this stuay, the alginate and its mixture in the medical field hemostatic efficacy were reviewed, provide reference for related research and clinical application.
