摘　　要：以河北工业大学图书馆为例,阐述了图书馆引入学生志愿馆员的意义、作用及存在的不足,重点探讨了岗前培训、业务过程培训、心理过程培训、激励过程培训的重要性。Taking the library of Hebei University of Technology as an example, this paper expounds the significance,functions and shortcomings of introducing the student volunteer librarian into the library, and emphatically discusses the importance of the pre-job training, service process training,psychological process training and incentive process training.
