多校区高校图书馆管理模式分析——以长安大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：随着我国高等教育的一系列重大体制改革,高校图书馆出现合并重组和新建馆区的局面,形成"一校多馆"的办馆格局,并由此产生了多校区图书馆管理模式。以长安大学图书馆为例,分析了多校区图书馆管理模式中"总分馆制"管理模式的原则,论述了"总分馆制"管理模式在长安大学图书馆的实际运行,指出"总分馆制"管理模式有利于满足全体师生的需求,有利于提高工作效率,有利于建成一个资源优化、机构合理、运转协调、灵活高效的现代化图书馆。Along with a series of major reforms of higher education in China, the situation of combination/reorganization of university libraries and newly-built libraries has appeared, forming a pattern of＂several libraries within one university＂.Taking the library of Chang＇an University as an example, this paper analyzes the principles of the main-branch library system in multi-campus university library＇s management model, discusses the actual operation of the main-branch library system＇s management model in the library of Chang＇an University, and points out that the main-branch library system＇s management model is beneficial to meet the needs of all the teachers and students, is in favor of improving work efficiency,and is conducive to the construction of the flexible and efficient modern library with optimized resources, reasonable organization and coordinated operation.
