摘　　要：介绍了攀枝花市各区县基层图书馆(室)的基本情况,阐述了基层图书馆(室)的管理运行情况和社会效应,分析了当前基层图书馆(室)存在的问题,提出了推进基层图书馆(室)建设的建议与对策。This paper introduces the basic situation of the basic-level libraries of all districts and countries in Panzhihua City, expounds the management/operation status and social effect of these basic-level libraries, analyzes some problems currently existing in these basic-level libraries, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for promoting the construction of the basic-level libraries.
