摘 要:本文提出了一种用于分布式能源配电网的新型电压控制方法,该方法主要是利用控制配电网侧储能装置的充放电过程来对配电网侧母线进行电压控制,其主要目的是将母线电压控制在允许值范围内,从而保证配电网的安全运行。储能装置使用的是全钒液流电池模型(VRB),全钒液流电池作为储能装置具有充放电性能好,成本低廉寿命长等特点。该仿真模型有两种工作模式,可以根据当地实际情况进行调整。与传统的控制电压方法相比,该模型反应更加灵敏并拥有较长使用寿命。经过仿真案例的验证,母线电压控制的预期基本达到。This paper proposes a new voltage control method mainly to use the control of the energy storage system to for distributed power distribution network, the method is steady busbar voltage control of power distribution network, its main purpose is to control the bus voltage in normal range, so as to ensure the safe operation of power distribution net- work. Energy storage device using the vanadium flow battery(VRB)model,the vanadium flow batteries as energy storage device has advantages, like good performance in charge and discharge, cheap and long service life, etc. There are two kinds of working mode, this simulation model can be adjusted according to the local actual situation. Compared with the traditional method of the voltage control, the model response is more sensitive and has a longer service life. After valida- tion of simulation case, has achieved the anticipated target.
