摘  要:使用四种不同粒径的炭黑填充子午线轮胎胎圈胶,研究了不同粒径炭黑对胎圈胶的硫化特性、力学性能以及粘合性能的影响。结果表明,随着炭黑粒径减小,胎圈胶的焦烧时间缩短,硫化扭矩与门尼黏度升高。胎圈胶的邵尔A硬度、拉伸强度、撕裂强度都有所提高,力学性能得到提升。随着炭黑粒径的减小,炭黑填充的胎圈胶与胎圈钢丝的粘合附胶率基本呈下降趋势。高锡含量胎圈钢丝与胎圈胶的粘合抽出力与低锡含量胎圈钢丝对应的粘合抽出力相差较大。随着炭黑粒径的减小,胎圈胶的弹性模量G'与黏性模量G''都有所增加,动态生热加大。Four kinds of different size carbon blacks were added to bead compounds of radial tire. The effect of different size carbon blacks on the vulcanization characteristics, mechanical properties and adhensive performance of bead compounds were studied. The results showed that, with the decrease of carbon black particle size, the scorch time decreased, vulcanizing torque and Mooney viscosity increased. The shore A hardness, tensile strength, tearing strength of bead compounds increased, and the mechanical properties improved. With the decrease of carbon black particle size, the rubber adhesion ratio of bead compound and bead wire declined gradually. The pull-out force of bead compound and high tin content bead wire was different from low tin content bead wire. With the decrease of carbon black particle size, the storage modulus G', loss modulus G" of bead compounds improved, and dynamic heat build-up increased.
