摘 要:针对风电并网后不同的电力系统调度策略,以电力系统经济性为目标,构建了包括发电厂经济性和电网经济性在内的电力系统经济性评价指标体系,考虑评价指标特点及评价对象特征,提出熵权-层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)组合定权的逼近理想解的排序方法(technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution,TOPSIS),在不同的风电接入水平下,对弃风量最小调度,传统经济调度,环境经济调度,计及风电成本调度4种典型的含风电的电力系统调度进行经济性评价研究。以10机系统为算例,验证了该评价方法的可行性,从经济性角度为风电调度策略的制定和决策,以及促进风电健康并网提供了参考。In allusion to the different power system dispatch strategies integrated with wind power, taking the economy of power system as the target and counting the characteristics of power system dispatch integrated with wind power, the economy evaluation index system was constructed, which includes the economy of power plant and power grid. The technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS) ranking method with combination weight of analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and entropy was proposed to evaluate the economy of the four typical wind power system dispatch model, which includes the minimum amount of the abandoned wind dispatch, the traditional economic dispatch, the environmental economic dispatch and the dispatch considering the cost of wind power, in different penetration level of wind power. Taking the ten-unit test system as example, the feasibility of the evaluation method is verified. From the viewpoint of economy, the method provides a reference for the development and decision-making of the dispatching strategy and promotes the beneficial integration of wind power.
