摘  要:在以风能、光伏为主要发电形式的分布式电源大量并网的趋势下,研究配电网接纳分布式电源的准入容量对电力系统运行调度人员意义重大。在充分考虑电压偏差与电压波动指标的前提下兼顾短路容量不越限,建立了以分布式电源接入容量最大为目标函数的优化模型。通过实际配电网算例,分析了不同类型的分布式电源以及不同接入容量对配电网的影响,给出了分布式风机和光伏不同输出特性组合下最大可接入容量边界。研究结果表明:分布式电源的接入对配电系统短路容量的影响有限,不会对传统的配电自动化系统产生实质的影响,电压偏差和电压波动约束是制约分布式电源准入容量的主要影响因素。Under trend of large number of distributed generations, mainly wind and photovoltaic power, integrated into power grid, research on permitted capacity of distribution generation is of great significance for operation dispatching in power system. Taking voltage fluctuation index and short-circuit capacity limit into account, an optimization model with maximized capacity of distributed power as its objective function is constructed. Through simulation of a real distribution system, effects of different types of distributed power and distribution network capacity limits are analyzed and maximum capacity limiting boundaries considering different combinations of distributed wind turbines and photovoltaics are given. Results show that distributed generations have limited impact on short circuit capacity of distribution system, and it has no substantial effect on traditional power distribution automation system. Voltage deviation and fluctuation are main factors restricting permitted capacity of distributed power.
