资源要素对国家工程实验室绩效影响机理研究

摘　　要：国家工程实验室是国家创新平台体系的重要成员,研究资源投入要素对国家工程实验室绩效的影响机理,有利于更好地完善国家工程创新平台体系建设。以国家工程实验室问卷调查数据为基础,采用PLS结构方程模型分析资源投入要素对国家工程实验室绩效的影响机理。研究发现:经费支持显著正向影响国家工程实验室的产出能力和产出成效;人力资本和固定资产均不直接显著影响国家工程实验室产出成效,但正向显著影响其产出能力,进而间接影响国家工程实验室产出成效。研究结论对如何采取措施有效发挥工程实验室作用具有政策启示意义。National Engineering Laboratory （NEL） is an important member of the national innovation system. The research on the im- pact mechanism of resource input factors on the performance of NEL, is conducive to improve the national engineering innovation sys- tem. On the basis of the questionnaire survey on the NEL being constructed, this paper analyzed the impact mechanism of resource factors on the performance of NEL using the PLS structural equation model. Some conclusions were drawn from the research ： the financial support has a positive influence on the output ability and effect of NEL; the human capital and fixed assets have no direct significant impact on the effect of the NEL but a positive influence on the output ability of NEL and a further indirect influence on the effect of NEL. The conclusion of this paper is that how to take measures to effectively play the role of NEL has policy imolications.
