摘　　要：习近平总书记在2015年初考察云南时,明确提出云南要主动服务和融入国家发展战略,闯出一条跨越式发展的路子来,努力成为民族团结进步示范区、生态文明建设排头兵、面向南亚东南亚辐射中心。本文论述民族团结进步的内涵要求及辩证关系,进而阐释云南民族团结进步示范区的物质、社会、生态三大基础建设,为云南建设民族团结进步示范区实践提供理论支持。When the General Secretary Yd Jinping visited Yunnan Province in 2015, he pointed explicitly that Yunnan Province should actively serve and integrate into national development strategies, and try to find out a great -leap -forward development path in order to become national demonstration zone of unity and progress, forefront of ecological civilization construction, together with a dis- tributing center of South Asia and Southeast Asia. This paper expounds the connotative requirements of national unity and progress and dialectical relationship, and illustrates the foundation of building national unity and progress demonstration from the physical, social and ecological basic constructions, which provides theoretical support for building national unity and progress demonstration practice.
