培育文化认同“复合基因”的意义、条件及路径

摘　　要：文化认同"复合基因"是社会成员的心理特质,包含"内隐"与"外显"两个层面的统一,是民族文化继承和创新发展的重要基础。文化认同"复合基因"的培育离不开结构优化的"文化心理场""全面性和全员性"的文化教育体系、化育成俗的社会主义核心价值观风气等人文环境条件。通过以人为中心,实现家庭、学校及社会教育的互动整合;以创新为取向,构建"互联网+文化"的认知平台;以交往为纽带,激活民间"自组织"的文化再生功能;以"宣入教",强化基层政府的文化治理能力等路径方法来加以保障。As a mode of thinking or mental trait of members of society, ＂complex gene＂ in national cultural identity is the uni- fication between ＂implicit level＂ and ＂explicit level＂, which is and significant foundation of the inheritance and innovative de- velopment of national culture. The cultivation of ＂complex gene＂ of national cultural identity cannot be separated from such hu- mane environment conditions as structure optimizing ＂cultural psychology field＂, ＂comprehensive and whole - staff＂ cultural ed- ucation system, and the socialist core values which can influence the people and become their moral customs. National cultural i- dentity ＂complex gene＂ can be guaranteed through such methods ： realizing human - centered educational interaction and integra- tion among family, school, and society ; establishing innovation - oriented cognitive platform of ＂Internet ＋ culture＂ ; activating cultural regeneration function of folk ＂self - organization＂ with the link of contact ; strengthening cultural governance capabilities of basic - level government through putting ＂announcement＂ into ＂education＂.
