摘 要:现代高炉炼铁工艺经历近200年的发展历程。进入21世纪以来,高炉炼铁技术发展迅猛,取得了显著的技术进步。当前,面对原燃料条件的变化,生态环境的制约,经济形势的下行,高炉炼铁技术受到巨大的挑战和威胁。未来高炉炼铁的技术发展理念应是低碳绿色、高效低耗、智能集约,同时要实现生铁制造、能源转换和消纳废弃物“三大功能”。以高炉为中心的新一代炼铁工艺流程设计和优化,以实现整个炼铁工序的动态有序、协同连续,将是未来炼铁工艺技术创新的重点课题。基于冶金流程工程学理论的高炉炼铁工艺的协同优化,将在未来实现新的突破。论述了循环经济理念下的高炉炼铁技术发展趋向,阐述了未来高炉炼铁的技术发展路线,指出了高炉炼铁实现低碳绿色发展的关键共性技术创新。Development of modem BF ironmaking has experienced for nearly 200 years. Since entering the 21st century, the BF ironmaking technology has developed rapidly, and remarkable technological progress has been achieved. At present, in the face of the changes in the conditions of raw material and fuel, the restraint of ecological environment, the decline of economic situation, huge challenge and threat have been brought to the BF ironmaking technology. The BF ironmaking technology development philosophy in the future should be low carbon and greenization, high efficiency and low energy consumption, intellectualization and integration, as well as to achieve "three functions" : hot metal production, energy conversation and waste disposition. The new generation design and optimization of ironmaking process based on the core of the BF, in order to realize the dynamic-orderliness and continuation-coordination in the whole ironmaking process, will be the key issue of the ironmaking technical innovation in the future. Based on the theory of metallurgical process engineering and the coordinated optimization of BF ironmaking process, the new breakthrough will be achieved in the future. This paper discusses the development orientation of BF ironmaking technology under the concept of circular economy, expounds the technical development route of the future BF, and points out the key common technical innovation of the development of low carbon and green development.
