首钢国际特大型高炉无料钟炉顶技术应用及进步

摘　　要：首钢国际工程公司自主研制的首例国产特大型高炉无料钟炉顶设备（V型）成功应用于首钢京唐两座5500m3特大型高炉。其中应用在1号高炉上的首钢国际特大型并罐无料钟炉顶设备已稳定运行近7年，所有技术指标均达到设计要求。在应用过程中，成功解决了多项技术难题，技术得到进一步完善，已经发展到第六代产品（Ⅵ型）。介绍该项技术的应用及进步情况。The two 5 500 m3 blast furnaces in Shougang Jingtang Iron ＆ Steel Plant is the first super- size BF in China, whose top equipments were developed, designed and manufactured by Beijing Shougang International Engineering and Technology Company （BSIET） independently. The BSIET Bell-Less Top on No. 1 Blast Furnace has been operated stably for 7 years, all technical index reaches design requirements totally. In the process of application, many technical problems had been resolved. The product has been developed to the sixth generation. This paper introduces the application and advancement of this technic.
