转炉一次除尘灰综合利用技术研究与应用

摘　　要：介绍转炉一次除尘灰综合利用的几种方法和及其优缺点。通过比较分析，采用冷固压球工艺将除尘灰压块后返回转炉循环利用，对于转炉除尘灰综合利用是最有效的方法。对于pb和Zn含量较高的除尘灰，可采用转底炉工艺生产高品质球团，并回收其中的Pb和Zn。The methods of comprehensive utilization for converter primary dust with the advantages and disadvantages are discussed in the paper. It is found that the most effective method for comprehensive utilization of converter primary dust is to press dust into block by the cold-hardened pelletizing process and join into the converter. For the dust containing higher Pb and Zn, it can be used to make high quality pellets by the rotary hearth furnace orocess and the Pb. Zn can be recovered.
