摘　　要：乡村治理发生在国家官僚体系末端和乡村社会的接合之处,自上而下的国家意志与自下而上的村庄需求相互碰撞博弈,形成各种微观的权力技术和精致的互动模式。要真正理解当下中国乡村治理的逻辑,需要对它的政治文化传统,尤其是"皇权不下县""准官员文化""民间精英文化"等进行回溯性研究。传统政治文化的形成与当时国家治理能力较弱而社会内部组织化程度较高有关。虽然经历多次基层政权建设,但是传统政治文化依然以一种隐秘的方式对当下中国的乡村治理产生持续的影响。Rural governance comes from the joint between the end of the national bureaucracy and the rural society. The collision and the game between the top-down state will and the down-top rural demands lead to variety of micro authority skills and delicate interactive modes. It is necessary to conduct a backtracking research on the traditions of the political culture, especially ＂imperial power being never extended to the rural area＂, ＂quasi bureaucratic cul- ture＂, and ＂civil elite culture＂, in order to fully understand the logic of the current rural governance in China. The formulation of the traditional political culture is correlated with the weak capacity of national governance and the ef- ficient social internal organization at that time. In spite of multiple grassroots regime power construction, the tradi- tional political culture exerts its impact on the current rural governance in China in an invisible way.
