胶体32磷酸铬联合小剂量地塞米松瘤体内注射治疗小儿皮肤海绵状和混合型血管瘤  

Treatment of Cavernous Angioma by Injecting the Mixture of Radiocolloid Chromium Phosphate and Dexamthasone in Younger Children

摘　　要：【目的】观察胶体32磷酸铬联合小剂量地塞米松瘤体内注射治疗小儿皮肤海绵状血管瘤或/和混合型血管瘤的疗效。【方法】638例皮肤海绵状血管瘤或/和混合型血管瘤,共计778个皮损分别接受1～3个疗程32磷酸铬联合地塞米松瘤体内注射治疗,平均注射剂量为（673±275）k Bq/cm2,混合型血管瘤皮损辅助32磷敷贴治疗,根据血管瘤大小及患者年龄评价治疗效果。【结果】①平均疗程1.59个,按瘤体面积判定：1～3个疗程的累计治愈率分别为64.27%、89.08%和96.14%,累计有效率分别为91.90%、97.17%和98.07%。瘤体越小,其治疗效果越好,差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0.001）。②按患儿年龄判定：1～3个疗程患儿的累计治愈率分别为62.70%、88.25%和94.67%,累计有效率分为别为89.66%、96.08%和98.12%。年龄越小,效果越明显,各疗程差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0.001）。【结论】胶体32磷酸铬联合小剂量地塞米松瘤体内注射是一种治疗小儿皮肤海绵状血管瘤/混合型血管瘤安全有效且操作简便的方法,值得临床选用。[Objective] To observe the effect of injection of the mixture of radiocolloid chromium phosphate-32 and dexamethasone in skin cavernous angioma or and mixed angioma in younger children. [Methods] 778 angiomas of 638 patients with skin cavernous angioma or and mixed angioma were received one to three course treatment of intra-angioma injection with this mixture, the average injection dosage was （673±275）kBq/cm^2, and the mixed angioma also received therapy with phosphate-32applicator simultaneously. The effect was evaluated according to the size of angioma and the patient＇s age. [Results] ①778 angiomas were received 1.59 courses treatment. According to the angioma area, the one course, two-course total and three-course total cure rate were 6d.27%, 89.08%, and 96.14%, respectively. The total effective rate were 91.90%, 97.17%, and 98.07%, respectively. The less size of angioma, the better treatment effect, there was a significance （P 〈 0.001）. ② According to the patient＇s age, the one course, two-course total and three-course total cure rate in 638 patients were 62.70%, 88.25% and 94.67%, respectively. The total effective rates were 89.66%, 96.08% and 98.12%; The younger received treatment, the better therapeutic effect, there was a significance （P 〈 0.001 ）. [Conclusion] It is a simple, safe, and greatly effective therapy for patients with skin cavernous angioma or and mixed angioma with injection of the mixture of radiocolloid chromium phosphate and dexamethasone, and worth for clinical application.
