摘　　要：以中越党政干部培训165合作项目广西民族大学基地为例,在总结其成功经验与发展困境的基础上,提出了以"六局"为统领的提升中越党政干部培训合作项目的路径,强调要把提升中越党政干部培训项目融入新海上丝绸之路的构建之中,认为"协同创新"是二者实现融合的桥梁纽带,进而分析了新海上丝绸之路构建与提升中越党政干部培训项目之间互促互进的内在联络。Focusing on the base of Guangxi University for Nationalities of cooperation project No. 165 for training Sino-Vietnamese Party and government cadres, this paper summarizes the successful experience and the development predicament and puts up with six ways to improve the Sino-Vietnamese cooperation project of Party and government cadres training. It stresses that the improvement should be integrated into the construction of the new Maritime Silk Road through the bridge and bond of ＂collaborative innovation＂. It also analyzes the inner connection of mutual promotion and interaction between the construction of the new Maritime Silk Road and the improvement of the training project for Sino-Vietnamese Party and government cadres.
