摘　　要：实验室诊断类项目定价是理顺整个医疗服务项目价格关系的一个重要部分。本文通过检索国内外文献和回顾政策文件,总结归纳了国际实验室诊断类项目定价策略和方法,简要介绍了基于资源消耗的相对价值参数法(RBRVS)、成本定价法、卫生技术评估法以及区域价格比较法,并在回顾梳理2000年至今我国医疗服务价格改革关键政策和重要节点的基础上,总结分析了我国目前实验室诊断类项目定价的原则和依据。此外,本文就实验室诊断类项目较其他医疗服务项目的特殊性进行了讨论,分析了我国现行医疗服务定价和调价机制上的问题和操作上的困难,提出了进一步开展实验室诊断类项目成本和价格相关研究、探索适合我国国情的定价体系等建议。The pricing of laboratory diagnostic tests constitutes an important part of the overall medical services price scheme. Through the literature retrieval and review of policy documents,this paper summarized the internationally recognized pricing strategies and methods for laboratory diagnostic tests. A brief introduction based on ResourceBased Relative Value Scale（ RBRVS）,cost-based pricing,Health Technology Assessment（ HTA） and cross regional price comparison were adopted during implementation of those strategies and methods. With the key policies in the Chinese medical service price reform carding 2000 being sorted out; the fundamental principles of the current Chinese pricing for laboratory diagnostic tests are analyzed in this paper. In addition,the characteristics of laboratory diagnostic tests other than the particularity of medical services were elaborated,the challenges in reforming the current Chinese medical service pricing adjustment mechanism were discussed and provided were the recommendations for future research and policy implementation.
