摘　　要：虚工作在双代号网络图中的主要作用是处理各工作之间的彼此关系,它的正确使用是绘制双代号网络图的关键。本文就建筑工程施工组织设计中工作的概念和分类、网络计划的逻辑关系和虚工作的表示方法、虚工作在双代号网络图中的作用以及在绘制双代号网络图中如何正确使用虚工作进行了阐述,通过案例分析与解答,进一步说明正确使用虚工作在双代号网络图绘制中的重要性。In activity-on-arrow network the major function of dummy activity is the treatment of relationships between activities. The right use of it is the key point of drawing the activity-on-arrow network. The paper discusses concept and classification of activities in architecture construction organization de sign, logical relation of network planning and the representation of dummy activity, the function of dummy activity in activity-on-arrow network and the way to use dummy activity correctly in the course of drawing activity-on-arrow network. Through case analysis and question answering the significance of right use of dummy activity in the course of drawing activity-on-arrow network is illustrated further.
