Soil Element Characteristics of Eucommia ulmoides Oliver Introduction and Domestication Areas in Northern Chengdu Plain

摘  要:通过对彭州和什邡杜仲主要引种驯化栽培区的土壤野外调查、样品采集与XRF分析仪分析土壤样品,研究其土壤元素含量与特征。结果表明:彭州—什邡研究区杜仲产地土壤元素含量存在较大差异,除Ca外其余14种元素彭州产区含量明显高于什邡;彭州产区的Ca、Ti、Cr、Fe、Cu、Zn、Sr、Pb、V以及什邡产区的Ca、Cu、Zn、Pb、Cr含量高于中国土壤元素背景值;两地各元素含量与克拉克值存在较大差异,除Zn、Pb以及彭州的Sr外,其他均未达到克拉克值;彭州Cu、Cr与什邡Ca相对富集,什邡Mn贫瘠;彭州土壤元素Ca分布处于分异状态,什邡Sr、Ca处于分异状态,其他各元素均分布均匀;彭州Cu、Cr含量符合《土壤环境质量标准》二级标准,Zn、Pb极接近一级标准,什邡Cu、Cr、Pb含量完全符合一级标准,Zn符合二级标准;聚类分析结果显示,V、Fe、K在什邡和彭州土壤中化学特征相似,Cu、Zn、Cr、Pb一组以及Mn、Y一组也在两地区土壤中化学特征相似。本研究查清了彭州、什邡两地杜仲产区土壤的K、Ca、Cu等15种元素含量特征,为当地药材杜仲的种植结构调整提供了参考。By field investigation, sample collection and XRF analysis, the soil element the characteristics of gen-uine Eucommia ulmoides Oliver introduction and domestication areas in Pengzhou and Shifang were studied. The result showed that the soil elements contents in these two study areas were difference. Except Ca, the other 14 ele-ments in Pengzhou were higher than Shifang, the contents of Ca, Ti, Cr, Fe, Cu, Zn, Sr, Pb in Pengzhou and the contents of Ca, Cu, Zn, Pb, Cr in Shifang were higher than the China soil background values. The soil ele-ments contents of the both areas had significant difference with the Clark Value, and most elements contents of the both areas were lower than the Clark Value except the content of Zn and Pb of the two areas and the content of Sr of Pengzhou. Cu and Cr in Pengzhou and Ca in Shifang were relatively concentrated, and the content of Mn was poor in Shifang. The distribution of Ca in Pengzhou was heterogeneous, and the differentiation of Sr and Ca in Shi-fang was high, in addition, other elements of the two areas were distributed evenly. The contents of Cu and Cr reached the Soil Environmental Quality Standard II, and Zn and Pb were close to Standard I in Pengzhou. The contents of Cu, Cr, and Pb reached Standard I, and Zn meet Standard II requirements in Shifang. The cluster a-nalysis showed that V, Fe, K had similar chemical characteristics in Pengzhou and Shifang, and the that of Cu, Zn, Cr, and Pb group and the Mn and Y group were also similar.
