孟鲁司特联合吸入布地奈德治疗小儿中度持续支气管哮喘的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究孟鲁司特联合吸入布地奈德治疗小儿中度持续支气管哮喘的临床效果观察及其对相关炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取哮喘患儿68例随机分为对照组31例及观察组37例,对照组予以常规糖皮质激素吸入治疗,观察组在此基础上加服孟鲁司特。用药3个月后流式细胞仪检测两组患儿外周血IL-4及IFN-γ含量变化并作临床效果评定。结果两组患儿经治疗后,外周血IL-4/IFN-γ细胞因子水平下降,但观察组较对照组变化更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。疗效方面,观察组总有效率94.59%,高于对照组的74.19%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),同时两组均未见明显不良反应。结论孟鲁司特联合吸入布地奈德具有明显免疫调节功能,治疗效果显著,可迅速有效缓解哮喘症状。Objective To study the clinical effect and influence of montelukast combined inhalation budesonide on inflammatory factors level in the treatment of children with moderate persistent asthma.Methods 68 children with asthma were randomly divided into control group（ 31 cases） and observation group（ 37 cases）,children in the control group received conventional glucocorticoid inhalation treatment,children in the observation group received budesonide on the basis of conventional glucocorticoid. After 3 months of treatment,the changes of IL-4 and IFN-γ in peripheral blood of two groups were detected by flow cytometry,and the clinical effect was evaluated. Results After treatment,the levels of IL-4 / IFN-γ in peripheral blood decreased in two groups,but the changes were more obvious in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. The total effective rate in the observation group was 94. 59%,higher than 74. 19% in the control group,there was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）,while the two groups had no significant adverse reactions. Conclusions There was marked immunological regulation function about montelukast combined inhaled budesonide,the treatment effect is remarkable,can quickly and effectively relieve symptoms.
