摘 要:目的 :探讨四维超声造影在评估不孕症输卵管通畅程度中的临床价值。方法 :选取2012年7月—2015年6月我院确诊治疗的不孕症患者144例,所有患者均通过经阴道二维、四维超声造影检查及宫腹腔镜下通染液检查评估其输卵管通畅程度,统计分析用不同方法评估输卵管通畅程度的情况。结果 :经阴道2维和4维超声造影检查评估不孕症输卵管通畅程度的阳性和阴性预测值、敏感度、特异性和准确度分别为62.50%、90.00%、83.33%、75.00%和77.78%及81.82%、96.63%、93.75%、89.58%和90.72%,且经阴道四维超声造影检查的敏感度、特异度、准确度明显高于二维超声(P<0.05)。结论 :四维超声造影评估不孕症患者输卵管通畅程度具有良好的敏感度、特异度和准确度,且具有准确、简便、快速的优点。Objective: To discuss the clinical value of 4 dimensional ultrasound imaging in the evaluation of tubal patency of infertility patient. Methods: One hundred and forty-four patients with infertility were selected from our hospital and the extent of their tubal patency was evaluated by transvaginal 2 and 4 dimensional ultrasound imaging examination and palace via laparoscopic examination and statistically analyzed with different methods. Results: The positive and negative predictive values, sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 62.50%, 90.00%, 83.33%, 75.00% and 83.33% in transvaginal 2 dimensional ultrasound imaging examination and 81.82%, 96.63%, 93.75%, 89.58%, 93.75% in transvaginal 4 dimensional ultrasound imaging examination and the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were significantly higher with 4 dimensional ultrasound imaging than the 2 dimensional ultrasound imaging(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Four dimensional ultrasound imaging for the evaluation of the extent of tubal patency of infertility patients possesses good sensitivity, specificity and accuracy and is fast, simple and accurate.
