摘　　要：腰椎Coflex是一种棘突间动态非融合内固定系统,主要用于治疗退变性腰椎疾患,该装置减少了融合固定术的并发症,又能缓解患者的临床症状,稳定术中因减压而引起的椎体不稳,为腰椎退变患者提供了一种安全有效的治疗方法。该文主要分析了腰椎Coflex系统的应用现状、适应证、禁忌证、相关疗效及术后并发症等,以期为临床应用提供资料。Coflex is a kind of interspinous dynamic non-fusion internal fixation system, mainly used in the treatment of degenerative lumbar disease, which can reduce fusion fixation complications and alleviate the clinical symptoms,reduce the vertebral instability due to intraoperative decompression, providing a safe and effective method for the treatment of degenerative lumbar spine patients. Here mainly analyzes the application status,indications,contraindications, therapeutic effects and postoperative complications of lumbar Coflex sys- tem, so as to provide information for the clinical application.
