摘　　要：汽车外覆盖件质量要求高,制造难度大,特别是汽车四门总成形状复杂且影响因素多,如果四门总成表面出现面品问题,将返工到冲压车间进行手修、打磨、抛光处理,涂装车间还需对问题点进行刮灰处理,不仅影响两个车间的生产节拍还会造成成本的增加。本文针对车门总成面品问题从外板单件、内板单件、内板焊合总成及包合总成逐步排查分析问题真因,梳理排查及整改思路。Automobile covering parts quality requirements of high. difficuh to manufacture, especially a four door automobile assembly complex shape and affected by many factors. If four door assembly surface quality problems seriously affect the stamping workshop need to rework repair, grinding, polishing, painting workshop need to point to scrape ash treatment. Not only affect the production of the two workshops will also cause the increase in the cost of the beat. This paper aiming at the door assembly quality problem from a single piece of plate, single plates, plate welding assembly and package synthetic assembly gradually investigation and analysis of true because, combing the investigation and reform thought.
