摘　　要：通过对组合体采用一次缩口工艺,给出了缩口力的计算及设备选择,介绍了缩口模的结构和工作过程,并对生产中出现的问题,提出了解决措施,从而保证了组合体缩口的顺利进行。This paper calculated the necking force and selected the equipments by adopting a necking process for the combined body,and introduced the structure and working process of the necking die, put forward the solutions to the problems in production,so as to ensure the smooth progress of combined body necking.
