摘　　要：针对干坝子选煤厂甲级精煤生产效率低而乙级精煤生产成本高的问题,在对生产现状分析的基础上,增加洗选乙级精煤并兼顾洗选电煤的生产系统;结合原煤煤质情况,确定生产系统洗选工艺,并选用SKT(FZ)-12复振跳汰机作为主选设备。该选煤厂的生产系统经过整改后,实际洗选效果良好,矸石中>2.00 g/cm3密度级的产率在97%以上,能够满足现场使用要求。The trouble with Ganbazi Coal Washery is that the production of the grade-A clean coal is low in efficiency while that of the grade-B clean coal is high in cost. Based on the result of the analysis on the existing operating conditions, another grade-B coal washing system capable of concurrently treating power coal is added, and the corresponding washing process is determined according to raw coal property. Fi- nally, the SKT（FZ）-12 compound vibration jigging machine is selected as primary washing equipment. The operation of the technically feformed washing system has met with good result, with the yield of the 〉 2.00 g/cm3 density fraction in reflect reaching over 95% , well meeting the requirement for filed appli- cation.
