摘 要:针对黄陵一号煤矿选煤厂浮选系统人工加药存在的问题,采用浮选自动加药系统代替原人工加药。该系统是针对机械搅拌式浮选机设计的,其能够及时检测入料浓度、矿浆流量等指标,实现浮选药剂的精确添加。生产实践表明:在浮选自动加药系统投入运行后,浮选精煤灰分稳定性增强,能够控制在8%~9%之间,总精煤产率提高约2个百分点;浮选系统加药的控制精度提高,避免了浮选精煤损失或药剂浪费;所需的岗位工人数减少,且工人劳动强度降低,实现了减员增效的目标,总体经济效益明显。For tackling the problem encountered in the use artificial flotation reagent adding system at the flotation workshop of the washery, an automated system is used instead of the manual system. Designed specifically for the subaeration flotation machine, the system can realize precise adding of flotation agents and timely monitoring of the density and flowrate of feed, pulp. Practice shows that with the use of the automated agent adding system, the ash of flotation concentrate can be more stably controlled in a range of 8% -9% and the total yield of clean coal is increased by 2 percentage points. Moreover, the use of the high-accuracy system has led to favorable general economic result due to elimination of loss of concentrate and reagents, reduced number of operators required and much lessened labor intensity, attaining, as a result, the aim of increasing efficiency with reduced labor force.
